What does a meeting day cost in total?
An example: 15 people in the Hainbuche room, full day, with lunch, drinks and fruit. That is €400 room hire plus €29 per person, €835 net in total, around €56 per person. The forest experience worth €495 is included. For 40 people in the Seminarhaus it is €1,680 net, around €42 per person. All prices plus VAT.
Which forest experience do we get for free?
2.5 hours out with a forest expert from our team, within walking distance in the forest here in Wershofen. We agree on the focus beforehand: the winter forest and animal tracks, trees at rest or simply two and a half hours without a screen.
When does the forest experience take place?
On your meeting day or the day after. Many teams put it in the lunch break because the afternoon then runs noticeably differently. If you prefer to meet undisturbed, add it as a morning on the following day. We agree on either option when you book.
What if it rains or snows?
We go anyway. The winter forest is at its most impressive in rain and snow. Sturdy shoes and a warm jacket are all you need.
Is the catering really plant-based?
Yes, throughout. A plant-based diet is the most forest-friendly. We show you that taste does not suffer. Please let us know about allergies and intolerances in your enquiry.
How do we get to you?
Wershofen is around 50 minutes from Cologne and Bonn. Parking is available, as are four 22 kW charging points. We send directions with the confirmation. You can also reach us by bus.
Can we stay overnight on site?
We do not rent out rooms ourselves, but we are happy to arrange accommodation nearby. Just tell us in your enquiry how many rooms you need.
Can we add a Christmas party?
Yes. Our Christmas party in the forest with a winter walk and waffles at Café Blattwerk fits well on the meeting day or the following day, for up to 30 people from €49 per person.
By when do we need to decide?
The earlier, the better: rooms are booked up quickly between late November and February. Depending on availability, short notice is possible too, just ask us.
