Turn left onto the L115 and follow this road towards Lommersdorf for about 5 kilometers. Turn left onto the K9 (later the L74) towards Ohlenhard/Wershofen and follow this road for about 6 kilometers. Directly at the entrance to Wershofen, in front of the large linden tree, turn left onto Nordstraße and follow this road for about one kilometer. You will then see the Waldakademie flags flying on our office building on the right-hand side of the road. Behind the office building, turn right again onto Weiherstraße. There you will see our seminar center and Haus Blattwerk.

Arriving by bike

Those who prefer a more sporty approach can, of course, also cycle to Wershofen. Bicycle racks are available.

By bike e.g. from Bad Münstereifel, Euskirchen or Ahrbrück

The cycling routes in the area, especially along the Ahr Cycle Path (to Schuld), are definitely worth it. Depending on your starting point, it might also be a good idea to take the train to nearby stations before hopping on the bike. Please check the current road conditions in advance due to flood damage.

By bike from Cologne

Yes, even this – admittedly challenging – route is definitely worth it. Our supporters from SAUBER ENERGIE recently set off to visit us by bike in a "Tour d'Eifel" – read about it here !

Depending on your pace and breaks, the route can take between 4-6 hours. Plan enough time for rest breaks and exploration to fully enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.

Arriving by electric car

We've installed four public charging points for electric cars since March 2023. So if you're traveling by electric car, you can charge with us at up to 22 kW .

Arriving by public transport

The best way to travel to Bad Münstereifel is by train (or rail replacement service). From there, it's best to arrange a taxi. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes.
