Experience the diverse world of wild herbs at our herb course in the Eifel region! Taste the spice of garlic mustard, crunch on stinging nettle chips, and discover nature's culinary possibilities. Did you know you can even eat trees? In our beginners' course, our experienced herb experts will show you which plants are edible and how to identify them.
The event begins in Wershofen at Wohlleben's Forest Academy. After an introduction, it leads you through the picturesque landscape of the Eifel region. As we hike together through forests and fields, you'll learn more about the origins of wild herbs and their uses. Afterwards, we'll return to the Forest Academy and process and taste the treasures we've collected together.
