Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of birds for a day and discover the colorful diversity of the bird world in our one-day bird course.

In this practical workshop, you'll learn interesting facts about local bird species and basic observation techniques. Which binoculars should I use, and how do I adjust them correctly? How do I find good observation spots in my area? What basic principles will help me identify bird species? And what can I personally contribute to bird conservation? With biologist Jonas Weinand, you'll explore the area around Wershofen and learn more about birds and nature conservation. We'll focus on native bird species of the Eifel region, their calls and songs, as well as their behavior and body language.

This seminar is aimed at beginners in ornithology and offers a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills. Enjoy the opportunity to learn more about the fascinating world of birds in a friendly, supportive, and modern learning environment.

Getting to know each other, introduction and excursion with a focus on field and hedge habitats.
