Training to become a forest guide

The training to become a forest guide at our Forest Academy is characterized by its high practical relevance and includes, among other things, the following: Main topics :

• You will learn how to lead groups in nature and what you need to pay attention to.
• You will learn how to carry out games and activities in the forest.
• You will learn to identify and introduce plant species relevant for forest tours.
• You will learn how current animal topics can be integrated into a forest tour.
• You will learn how forestry works in Germany.
• You will learn communication methods that will inspire, convey knowledge in an understandable way, and touch people emotionally.
• You will learn and apply the basics of nature education.
• You design your own forest tour for children, teenagers or adults

Note: You should plan 1-2 hours in the afternoon after the regular seminar to plan your forest tour.
