Learn to identify mushrooms
The forest holds many delicacies for you. What could be more enjoyable than going mushroom hunting in the fall and gathering to your heart's content for a delicious meal? But which mushrooms are edible and which aren't? How can you find and distinguish mushrooms? You can learn all this in the Forest Academy's mushroom seminar.
At our Mushroom seminar With mushroom expert Otmar Diez (mushroom expert and nature educator), you will immerse yourself in the world of edible mushrooms. It starts at 9:00 a.m. in the Forest Academy with a theoretical introduction. There you will learn how, as a beginner, you can safely Identifying mushrooms and collect.
Afterwards, we'll head out into the forest to collect. Please bring weatherproof clothing, a collecting basket, a knife, and identification books (if you have them). No prior knowledge is necessary. In the afternoon, the precious haul will be identified and discussed in detail, so you'll be well prepared for your next visit to the local forest.
