Thomas Hörren is a passionate entomologist. He conducts research on insect diversity in nature reserves and the manifold problems of our biodiversity. In 2017, he worked with an international team to uncover insect mortality in Germany. In his courses, he provides insights into our biodiversity and its difficulties in a modern world.
Elli Radinger is the wolf expert in Germany. She has already taken part in wolf research in Yellowstone National Park and has written many bestsellers about it.
Otmar Diez is a passionate mushroom expert. In our mushroom courses he will show you which mushrooms you can eat without hesitation and which you should keep your hands off.

Dr. Uwe Westphal is probably one of the best known ornithologists in Germany. His specialty is the imitation of bird calls.
Patrick Thomas completed his forestry studies at the University of Freiburg in 1996 and has been providing forestry services with his saddle horses since 2001. In addition to forestry work, he also uses his horses in his own agricultural sideline business.

Even as a young boy, Stefan has been passionate about insects, especially butterflies. The annual butterfly monitoring workshop has become a fixed part of his calendar. With the support of many fellow citizens, he conducts an inventory of all butterfly species in his home.
